Email reminder for inactive users

I just added this hack last night and we have had over 80 members visit the forums today. :coolgleamA:
That's about 30 more then usual, and I had a few emails/pm's of users thanking me for sending the email and asking where they could get the hack for their site.

As for now, I'll suggest to use it
It's picked up the post number as well. I think we'll hit 100 post today, we're in the 70's now.
