Why webmasters should LOVE April Fools day

I've always thought April Fools day was a bit over-the-top and got a bit overplayed after I turned 6 or 7 years old. Even yesterday I wasn't really looking forward to the pranks played by many people (I do get a chuckle out of some well positioned pranks).
Well yesterday one of my members posted up a link from LeftLaneNews.com stating that the Camaro would be delayed from 2010 model year to 2011, or even 2012. I got a laugh out of it, but some people took it a bit more serious, and it spread onto one of the larger message boards for the new 5th Gen (2010 Camaro).

If you view the source link of the article, it links to an image that says april fools, but many were so distraught after just looking at the beginning of the article they didn't bother to click the actual link.
Why do I care about this though? This is why I care:
