I have four forums to upgrade to 3.7, and one of them is complete. Only three to go!

I've found 3.7 to be very stable. The new profiles are quite nice.

I think the most challenging is going to be converting my biggest forum. I have some custom menus, photopost, and vBjournal to bring over. I also plan on converting vBjournal and photopost during the upgrade.
