Our house is finally for sale!

After what's seemed like an eternity, our house is now for sale.
I'll post a link as soon as the virtual tour is done in case anyone wants to see how the place looks.
We removed and painted over several walls on dark paneling. Placing drywall up in the front room and fixing the ceiling. Repainting every room but the back room..anyways, I'll go into it more when the pics are up if you can to hear all the work we've done.
We seen a house last night in a great area of town, with a park across the street and near a good school. The price is under our budget, but we think something has to be wrong with the house.. it wouldn't be that price in this neighborhood..

Lis and I were up till 3 am last night doing some last minute cleaning, I'm just glad it finally had a sign in the yard

Good luck selling it Brandon. The housing market here is really slow at the moment, I hope it's better where you are.

	Thanks! it's been listed for 2 days so far, and we had some ppl check it out yesterday, and a guy today the guy today brought his girl back to have her look to here is the listing Topeka Area Association of REALTORS®-Topeka Area Association of REALTORS® our agent said he was going to add a few more pics.

	thanks We have been going to open houses the last 2 weekends. Checked out a house we really liked today, it's listed here. 3325 SW 37th Street, Topeka, KS 66614 It's pretty pimp though and just got listed. I'm sure it'll be gone by the time we sell our house.

that same house would be higher in Raleigh NC also. crazy how all the markets are so different.

	Not yet TVD but the offer on the house we did go after was rejected. They went with a higher offer. We are going to look at that house on 37th again, but I have some family trips I have to make next week so it's going to be 2 weeks or so before we have time. If it's still on the market at that point, we'll try to low ball them

	I think our realtor said the house had been up 47 days today. We had our first open house and it went well. Someone left saying they were going to write up an offer.. I've heard that one before, so I'm not getting my hopes up.. if it happens, it happens.. ;)

we accepted an offer on the house, now if the inspector's deal is all good, we should be out of our house the end of this month

we did get the house on tutbury
we close on the 6th or 8th of next month.
