Google vs. PayPal : Competition Heating Up

First Google has worked on boosting consumer demand for Google Checkout by offering $10 off purchases and other incentives - these offerings were quickly matched by PayPal.

Now Google Checkout has gone as far as dropping merchant fees for the rest of the year, which is quite enticing as Google usually takes a cut of anywhere from 2% plus $.20 on each transaction.

yup, I believe so.. I haven't tested it yet but by the looks of it, It's pretty close to the same.

2 Months later and I still have not heard about google check out. I must say that this is one thing I don't have alot of faith in for google. Maybe I will eat those words :p
