I mean no disrespect but all of a minute of checking shows your site is reselling space for someone else. And then after looking at where you bought your space I would not buy space with you. The company you got it from seems kinda crappy.

Plus you bought a managed package, which says you do not know how to fix problems. So you have to send support to you, then wait for you to send your ticket to the real support. Just really does not seem worth it.

If you are serious about a hosting company. You should get a nice unmanaged dedi. And you should know how to fix any problems it would have.

But thats just my opinion.

buddy caro.net is quite big company having there own datacenter
and about management
i can solve small problems but not all
and for security like i gets any problem in solving an issue, i dont want it to stay for long
thats why management is also important
and waht you maen by reseeller space???
i purchased dedicated server from caro.net

A response like that is not going to get you any new customers.

A well thought out response with explanations of your company's dedication to customer service and so forth would do you well. Professionalism and commitment to your customer's needs are paramount.

Plus, the proper use of the English language and correct sentence structure wouldn't hurt either.
