Large site update and customization job

My company recently acquired a pretty large site (287,509 members) running vBulletin 2.2.8, but it is in need of a lot of work. I would like to:
- update this to the newest version of VB (or IPB)
- give the site a full redesign
- integrate the site with a portal sysem (something like vBadvanced CMPS)
- setup a blogging system
- setup a file download system
- integrate a newsletter email system.

I understand that this is a large project. Do you guys do this type of work? If so, I'd like to talk to you further about this project.

That doesn't seem so hard. You would need to purchase an up-to-date license with vbulletin blogs and a few premium modifications. Besides that, it seems quite easy.
