I think we've spoke a few times, if you can find a new style, I can do the upgrade. |

This is a one off style that was made by a designer several years ago. The designer is now nowhere to be found.
So I would need someone to do the upgrade that can take my current style and make the necessary changes to it to make it 3.7.2 compliant.
When I did my last upgrade, you were able to take this same style and keep it current. I'm hoping you (or someone else) will be able to do the same with this upgrade. |

| Re: need upgrade to vb 3.7 well I just don't really have time right now, so don't let my "not going for the job" discourage you.
I haven't been able to update any pre 3.7 style to the new version.
the part I always run into problems is the navbar.
but like I said Magz, or anyone, don't overlook this job because I'm not trying for it.
Rodney is a great guy to work with and very friendly I really wish I had some time and was better at updating styles, I would definitely give a bid. |

Does that mean you aren't sure you can do the upgrade and it may mess things up beyond repair?
I prefer email over instant messenger. My gmail is rodneyb |

| Re: need upgrade to vb 3.7 I guess I should ask the questions that are posted in the sticky as well:
1. How long do you think this will take?
2. What payment methods can you accept?
3. How much are you going to charge for this?
4. What exactly am I going to get for that price?
5. Are there any other methods I can contact you at (instant messenger, email, phone)?
6. Do you backup the database before making any changes? |

| Re: need upgrade to vb 3.7 Hello, at that time, i still had 3 big exams to go through before saying that i really graduate from highschool with all the diplomas.
Now, i did all that and i'm free for all the summer.
The "give it a shot" comment indeed means that i'm not 100% sure that i can upgrade every bit of it. BUT if i can't do it, i don't charge.
1. It can take from a couple of hours up to a day, because now i'm free and i can concentrate on a project.
2. Paypal or Western Union.
3. Well, i guess 150$ should do.
4. For this you get your skin upgraded to 3.7.2 and support for it if i miss anything or want small modifications brought to it. Anything else you want, just PM/E-mail/IM me.
5. MSN/Yahoo/E-mail: Magnumutz@Yahoo.com and phone, if required.
6. With skins, that's not really necessary. |

| Re: need upgrade to vb 3.7 I ended up hiring Cloud for this project.
I have to say, the professionalism, communication, and quality of work would best be described as amazingly awesome. He did the work fast, he kept in communication the whole way without me ever having to ask for a status update. He even installed the blog product which we didn't originally discuss (I paid extra for it on my own ) 100% great to work with, and I'd recommend him to others in a half second.
Thanks Peter! |
