I need the following work completed please:

1) I’ve installed GARS and would like to launch an online magazine. You can view the installation once you’re logged in at http://www.lapbandtalk.com/f195/ . On the actual article listing pages http://www.lapbandtalk.com/f196/ I’d like to make the following changes:
a. I need all the GARS buttons to match my site. For example the New Article button.
b. I don’t want a default image showing up for each article. I’ve seen this at a few sites like http://www.worldnewszone.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=-1&f=332 .
c. If you have any other layout suggestions I’m opening to listen to them. I’m using it to display recipes at http://www.lapbandtalk.com/f82/ and it’s working OK.
2) I need a “Magazine” link added to my main nav bar. I don’t want to make the nav bar longer since it’ll mess up lower resolutions.
3) Check out user profiles on my site. I’ll pick a random example:

a. I need the layout changed to something that’s more user friendly and not so messy looking. My idea was to do away with the tabs and have all the items laid out in a modular fashion.
b. The grey text and grey background on the tables look very washed out. I need that changed.
c. The tabs don’t look good but we can fix that by doing away with tabs if at all possible.
d. I also just noticed that the navbar used in the usercp is different than the one I use across the site. It has an “estore” link on it. We can do away with that and use the one we’ll use across the site.
4) The usercp left hand nav is also gray on gray. I want that changed to something more pleasing on the eye that matches my sites look. There are also two orphaned items on the bottom of it called “Blog” and “Request Username Change” which need to be moved to correct locations in the nav bar.
5) TAGGING does not seem to function on my forum. I’ve tried enabling everything I’m supposed to. I want that corrected.
6) There are 4 templates that VB says need to be updated.
7) I had to delete all contents of the blog_sidebar_calendar template since the calendar is interfering with the blogs. If you revert that template and go to http://lapbandtalk.com/blog.php you’ll see what I’m saying. Also, once you enable that to take a look at my issue you’ll notice the days in the calendar (Su Mo Tue etc) are blue text against blue. It looks pretty bad. I found that same text across other areas of the blog and forum and that needs to be corrected so it looks ok.
8) Header image – my members want to use a “real person” on my header image. One of my users sent me a pic (not very attractive but she’s a “real” person) http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y169/dolphind/IMG_5599.jpg . Do you have any ideas on working her into my header and replacing the boob grabbing chick I currently use ?
9) I need a “Link-To-Us” page that includes a bunch of small banners or text examples with the code to use so users can link to us from their web site.
10) I currently use a one step signup form which is at the top of each page for unregistered members. I want to change that into a graphic image instead of text for seo purposes + I’d like it to look a little slicker.
11) I need commbull configured so it sends out emails that display nicely to users (regardless if they’re in html or text.)
