My first attempt at creating a vBulletin style.

The style is ok, different and colorful. Icons are a little rough, when making icons and stuff in photoshop matte them when saving with the background color they are on for a cleaner look

Yes I agree. I made them transparent but next time I'll try matting them. Crimson tide was my first attempt at making a VB style. Live and learn.

well it definetly looks good for a first attempt at making a vbulletin stlye, not bad at all, stick with it.

I still haven't figured out why you can get the header section wider than the rest when I can't. I'm going to try using some of your code, Lieutenant Columbo

header has to have it's own table or div or something and then the forum body has a smaller one. your already goin with what i would do, without installing it myself i couldn't say exactly..

In the Styles Manager-> Common Templates-> Header the table set to 100%.

In Styles Manager->Sizes and Dimensions the Main Table Width is set to 80%.

That's it.
