1. Installation of my free skins and tweaking it to work 100% with your addons like vBa, photopost etc, Fee: $10.

I would change the logo image slightly so the second image is last... then it would look like a sequence of the woman stretching, with her arms up in the last image to indicate victory.

its a fun fresh template but i agree the logo is a little freaky, i had the same prob with a html template i used on beachmoms.com it had a pic of a family and the dude was wierd lookin, had to change it.
