I read an article some time ago where the stats from many Internet forums were analyzed, and the vast majority of forum members were found to have never posted (or maybe only had one post). The article went on to show that most forum posts were made by a small percentage of users. Does anyone know where to find this article? I've been searching on Google but I guess the keywords are too vague.
