I have always with any site sent an email to them and asked to have my site blacklisted. But yeah I would ban the account and delete them if found one.

yaeah it is kind of grimy that you dont want to give a email address,i guess some sites will sell your email, but most wont (i dont)

I don't see the point of this if all your forums are public... and even if you have private forums, you could just deny that user access.

and yes, I've heard of this forum before
I just seen another one like it while stumbling, I don't remember the url

these are nice for newspapers, sometimes they require logging in to read the whole story
