Have you ever had your content stolen?

They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but not when someone takes your forum postings, pretends they're their own and stands to profit from the ad revenue. Have you ever seen your content show up on another forum (be it images, text, templates, or even someone posting the same articles you link to). What did you do about it? With images you could always change the image on the server (assuming they linked directly to it), but were you able to successfully get your text removed from the other site?
