How to handle proxy trolls.

Exactly. I banned a member on my site today, for scamming. I banned his IP, but now he is registering for accounts through proxies. What would be the best way to handle this...idiot? Sorry. Had to say it.

I have Windows Hosting, by the way. I've tried several vBulletin modifications, but all of them are fairly server intensive, or require file edits. =/

Track down the original IP to the ISP provider and file a formal complaint. I did this to the ex-husband of a member, who is now my wife, and his internet access was shut down. His business relied on the internet access, so he had to stop harassing her via my board - or the shutdown would have been permanent.
