"Moderator Handbook"?

While considering what to do about my AWOL mod, I've been thinking I should write up some kind of Moderator Handbook so they'll know how to handle things and what I expect of them. Has anyone already done this? What sorts of things would you put in it?

In my 'moderator forum' I have a couple of sticky threads about "Things to remember as a mod" and "Assignments" and such.

Happy New Year and all that
Re: "Moderator Handbook"?

I do pretty much the same as Chase a sticky with tips, tricks, and screenshots. I think I even did a WebTemplate page once and restricted it only to mods and above.

I was also considering linking to a "guidebook for trolls" I came across so my moderators would understand their mindset, but I don't know if anyone checks the referrer logs on a site like that...

I just don't want to draw attention to myself on a site full of trolls
