When looking at raw access logs, how does a member have two different IPs? This is pulled from my logs but I'm not sure what it's doing. One IP is OH, the other CA, but it's the same user.

how do you know it is the same user

If you pull up a member in the admin panel it should tell you all the IP's that user has logged in under.
