On Banning folks, it really depends on what the situation is. Like others have said I would first use a Vacation (Temporary Ban) and at the moment have one member on his second consecutive 7 day stint as a reader only. No sooner did he come back from the first break when he went after the same user that he was sidelined for in the first place, and what's more he had to go out of his way to do it. Eh, some folks are just childish so what can you do.
I like the user notes and I've been looking to get into messing with it but until this last scenario haven't had the need.
