Navbar Editing Question (10.00 USD)

I'm looking to change my navbar for my sites forum, to EXACTLY mimic the design of my wordpress navbar (it's a simple navbar, but the background colors highlight through CSS, but I can't get it to work with my forums for some reason.
If anyone is interested (it shouldn't take more than 10 min for a person good with CSS/HTML) let me know via this thread or PM me.
