vbulletinsetup's current skin, how much?

How much would it cost to have this skin installed in my forum. I feel like the design is perfect for our type of board.

Is it possible to buy or hopefully get for free?

What about designing options?

Can vbsetup also design something similar to this? I really like the header.

He's the one that designed our current look.

I've talked about giving this style away if/when I rebrand but nothing is set in stone.

I'd rather not say other than that it would of been in this package.

Ours was a bit more custom because of the blog and directory needing a matching skin as well.
