Very nicely put....

Dont forget securing your site

Like removing mod panel and admin panel links from the skins. Changing the folders to something else and then editing the config.php to reflect changes..And httaccess those new folders. Your site being hacked because you are careless sucks.....LOL but I guess thats the 2 months thing :P
