additional section in the marketplace

should I split this section off? or maybe another section in the marketplace for "offering work"
I see post in the vb services area and some in the graphics, and maybe even a few in the links section of users offering their services
I think it kind of clogs the sections up from all the request for work to be done.
there are far more request for work, than offers IMO

thoughts?

i don't think it's really useful to have multiple sections for services etc, but a good prefix could do it... like in most marketplaces...

you already have a load of sub-forums everywhere, i don't think adding any would be useful... consolidate them, like Caddy said..

I think its a good idead to organize things plus the more you do it the better your site looks in the search engine

Personally, I like the idea of consolidating but with the use of prefixes. They come in handy and not too many people use them to their maximum potential.

They are easily sortable and filterable, so it's almost comparable to using individual sub-forums.

And with Nexia's clickable prefix mod (which I was able to get a hold of before it disappeared from the Org), it's even better!

btw, Brandon, if you need special codes and do not have time to code them, just ask...

for the marketplace, personally i prefer browsing listings with prefixes, so there is not need to visit a ton of sub-forums, and if i just want to see the requests, i click the request prefix... anyway, people never post a request and an offer inside the same thread...
