I've noticed this too. I restarted the server last night and It will speed the site up.
It may be time I need to upgrade the server again.

I'll send a email to my host and see what they see..

Like it took at least 15 seconds for this to load for me.

How to you reset the server to make it faster?

That's possible, I've noticed them slow our page loads down occasionally while waiting for their server to respond.

Depends on how the code works (or worked ;)).

Is it a dedicated server, if so, do you use any php cache software.

I really think it was my code the "latest blog entry" because it was running a query for ever users post on a thread.

So if we got 4 people looking at a thread with 10 plus replies then thats 40 quieres, etc.
