I've just switched over to vBulletin from SMF so I'm trying to get a feel for the software. The biggest reason to switch over from SMF was to take advantage of the SEO benefits from vBulletin.

Anyway, I see that there is a lot of great info here that I will be implementing very very soon.

One giant improvement (that may be something you could promote yourself) would be to have a specific checklist that tells me what I should do to my vBulletin forum (one step at a time) for maximum SEO benefit.
