well if u c my web : shareglobe.com i ve installed a shout box which i ve downloaded the mod from vbulletin.org so i juz wanna ask people whether i can giv permission to other non-registered guest to use this shout box

Like I previously stated elsewhere the shoutbox is practically useless, but it often times offers users with some extra fun that may or may not keep your users coming back to the forum and or attracting new users, etc. It's a small feature, but could have a fairly significant difference.

They are a nice way for people to send out messages globally without making a thread.
