Brandon, I think your site can benefit from having a new room.
This room would be for service request from customers like myself.
Here we would be able to post a request and follow the progress of the work, submit change of order forms, and we both will have the same check list. This can also be an area that only you, your trusted coders and the person that made the request could see the name of the person that made the request (I do not know if this is possible but you told me that my over the top thinking was welcome). It would also be cool if other members could add suggestions to the post and other can see what is possible. Like many that are new to VB I have no clue what could be done and end up short changing ourselves. This would also be a great way to get other members to thing outside of the box
