On Editing the Templates.

The first one in Editpost does not need changing; it's the same.

<!-- / subject field -->

<if condition="$foruminfo[enable_recipe]">
$editrecipe
<else />
More in a while if need be. It seems that the rest of them are the same too.

BTW, this is a pet peeve of mine. When instructions are written to put something in a template, the writer sometimes does not say where the template can be found! For example in the Newthread template you should say:

New Posting Templates - Newthread - etc.

Re: Recipe Mod Database

Installed and tested, I don't see anything 'different'... Was it just some tidying up or am I missing something?

Re: Recipe Mod Database

Yea nothing reallu changed, but I phrased it. Before it was just like Description written in the templates. Now its $vbphrase[recipe_show_description]. Makes it easier for people to translate. Also it now prints the recipies.

Also their are 2 template edits that put your recipe count on your profile and in the postbit

Ok, this is probably the last build.

Recipe Mod Database Release Candidate 4

This made the code more secure. We now use the vbulletin gpc method to not have sql injects.

Test this one away for me.

Re: Recipe Mod Database

Slight issue...

Postbit is showing:
Code:
Recipes: 1
Recipes: 0
Recipes: 2
Recipes: 1
I removed the template edit
Code:
<div>$vbphrase[recipe_stats]: $post[recipe_stats]</div>
but they are still there... Since searching the template for $post[recipe_stats] yeilds no results, I'm assuming that you've added it to the product?

Re: Recipe Mod Database

That's a wierd error, will look into it when I get ion comp. I am on my cell right now.

Also it is an auto template edit. Look in the recipe templates its like recipe_postbit I think

Re: Recipe Mod Database

Ok, bug to 'compound' error...

When a person makes a post, the recipe 0 in postbit increases... So it looks like

username
location
blah
recipe 0
recipe 0
recipe 0
recipe 0
recipe 0
recipe 0
recipe 0

Which would explain the screen shot I posted above as the user hadn't posted since I imported the product so they only had one recipe 0 where as the other user had posted and had two.

Before I disabled plugin, I tested the 'bug' and I managed to get up to 30 recipe 0 under my name posting in non-recipe enabled forums.

I've removed the template edits and disabled the plugin until you've had a chance to have a look at it..
