Some of you may have seen my post on other sites but for those who don't know what I'm talking about, here is the skinny..

I've been looking for another banner, and a nice avatar to go with this site.

Well we ended up making a logo and I wasn't going to get it too, but hell, I think it's nice

So, I'll be getting a nice 460x80 banner and an animated avatar soon too

what do you guys think of the new logo ?
I think it's sharp

yep, better indeed though I would not have set the url below it... no point according me. Just to much and spoils the nice graphic

that was a request of mine to have the url on it.. but at that time I didn't know we where making a logo.. it just sorta happen.

I mean site and the commuity is quite good why not have a more professional logo? look at TAZ, or VB org logos somewhat corporate style but conveys a message that community is run by pro folks

I might be wrong though

On the site it is kind of redundant... I mean if we're looking at it we are here and therefore...

And anywhere else you put this you are likely going to use it to anchor a link, so again...

Other than that, I like it. Actually noticed it, which is unusual these days.

I got a copy of the new logo without the url,, but I have a few catch phrases I've wanted to use, so you might see text in it anyways

..

anyway, when I upload the new image, the top navbar gets all messed up..

so I added the old one back and all is aligned..

here is the header coder, if anyone knows what I need to do.

the 0px; that I have in red, I already changed to 0, it was 7 like the one for my GAB

I guess it was the size that's messing things up..

I'll fix it when we get the PSD's

btw, I was talking to CM and he thinks its a bit bulky, and I've thought that too..

I'm going to remove the blue around for the log, but I'll make a button that users can link to us, if they wish with the blue background

no I don't do everything he says, but I had thought it was a bit bulky, it reminded me of the botm banner :p

anyways, I'll put a rotation on it when I get the psd, and I'll make a few versions
