Every once in a while when I try to reply to a thread it tells me that I must wait atleast 10 seconds between posts, even if the last time I attempted to post was several minutes ago. If I wait 10 seconds on the newreply page before posting and hit submit, it then takes me to a blank page.

Edit: Removing the code tags seemed to fix it... I'm not sure if this is the cause, but when I tried to reapply the code tags the error reoccurred.
