I use hostgator.com for my sites. If I need a ticket answered and it takes more than 10 minutes I just phone in and they get on the problem ASAP. Best.Service.Ever.

I have a dedicated from ahosting.biz and i don't face any current problems also their support is pretty good. I've been with ASO in past and i can remmomend them for shared hosting.
