small .htaccess changes required for vbulletinsetup portal

vbulletinsetup.com and vBulletin Setup are both accessible (this creates duplicate content issues)

I would recommend any of this 2 to appropriate name setup...

I have seem to lost the post where it shows how to make the www. and just the http:// be the same in htaccess...can someone please post link?

this will remove the www
