just wondering your thoughts on this ? I don't have this showing to guest to keep the forum clean.

I have mixed feelings about this block of info.. I like it because it shows how the site is going. but I dislike it because really I like things a little cleaner, I like more of a minimalist look to an extent.

to me it is annoying, and for now it is on top taking to much space. Seems to be more important then content... which isn't for me.
If you could set it to admins only so you have your info (which I can understand is nice and interesting to follow). That's how I'd set it.

thank you guys for your input.. one thing I have liked about this hack on other vbulletin sites is that sometimes members will try and make it to the top "poster" or "thread starter" list..

I'd like to get some thoughts from the registers and vbowners groups too on this

If everyone feels that it is just ugly, I'll remove it completely.

Yeah. I think I'd lose it here. I have that hack on my General Chat forum, but I also have 70,000 posts with only 30 regular users!! Lots of fun chatting and competition.

I am absolutely NOT putting it on Foto Fanatix, though.

I honestly never ever tried to post just to have spot 1 on any stat but in the past when DH was a support forum for some kinda hosting, I had a feww nutties posting hell to be number 1. God knows why. I ended up duisabling post count etc since those posts were nill and didn't bring anything except thanks, yes, no, maybe etc... who cares those comments ;)

if people compete for post count then their content goes to the crapper.
