What topics of questions would you like us to blog about

I had thought about making a forum for suggestions on blog topics, but I thought we could just start with a sticky thread.

So if you have a question or topic you would like discussed on our blog, please reply here

I would like to see a blog/tutorial about the following topics:

Forum backups
Ideas on turning regular visitors into posters
How to select good moderators
How to change staff without offending them
Tips to creating a community as opposed to a site used simply for a resource
Lessons learned from experiences
Upgrading a server (moving a forum)
How to create a test forum that is a exact replica of a live forum
Getting moderators to become more then a policing member but an active discussion leader
Beginner's Guide to HTML that is used in the different areas of vbulletin
How to attract sponsors and things that would entice them to become a sponsor
Explanation of Hosting (shared verses dedicated servers) and what should we upgrade
Importance of Terms of Use and Privacy Statements

That is hard, I agree on that one, but I don't know if anyone's got an answer for that.

The answer I found was ask them what they want with new changes... they don't answer. Then Change it and THEN THEY'LL give their Feedback

I changed the entire design of my main site and I only got a response from one member of my site, heh... I suppose no news is good news though... They'd likely let me know if they hated it, I hope.

Wow, Luigi covered a few that I would want asked and the feedback question is huge, I'm sure. I haven't encountered it just yet because I don't have many folks to get feedback from!

A real "how-to" guide on the use of other social networking programs/applications/sites. Everything from Facebook to Twitter and all of those type of tools to help our vB sites succeed.

I should be able to put that out, I've been putting together info and links for a blog post on how I use twitter to advertise and socialize, I can add other major groups like facebook and everything listed under ping.fm.
