Zoints SEO Custom Rewrite Rules

Hi

Can we have a sticky or even a seperate forum for posting custom RewriteRules for Zoints SEO just like they have on the vbSEO site?

vBSEO uses CRRs which are added in the control panel but for Zoints SEO, we need to add the rules manually to the .htaccess files.

I believe it helps many Zoints SEO users (me too!). Think about it guys.

I moved the thread, felt it's more of a suggestion

As for the request, a sticky sounds fine to me.. Do we really need another forum for zoints ?

I would consider a whole forum about zoints if.. It covered all zoints hacks.. We have a dozen threads on the site now about zoints, this would be a good place for them as well.. IMO

Zoints SEO users need CRRs for a lot of addons they have like vBA CMPS, Galleries, Arcades, Glossary addons, Download addons and many more.

So I suggested a separate forum. But now I think a sticky should do just fine.

So you gonna start it and help me and many others?

Just a couple of pages of threads. Not really great support.

yeah i was never impressed with that forum

i use zoints and i guess it works good, im not the SEO expert though. I had to have Brandon tweak some settings for me (he did a great job) but i dont think my changes pertained to "RewriteRules for Zoints" i dont really know what that is...lol

there are a few zoints products running on Talk Delaware (my sig) NOT the profile thing though, cause its butt ugly and i want to punch myself in the face everytime i go to my profile on a new forum i join and thats it

Emphasising Zoints SEO would be counter productive for Brandon since he is a vBSEO affiliate and the meager sales earnings he gets from that help defer the costs of this site. Zoints is a for profit company that doesn't share with those that promote it and should be held accountable for their service level. That is my personal opinion.
