3.7 upgrade

I tried to upgrade to 3.7.0 today and when I start the insyall script I keep getting a msg that says Your vBulletin (3.6.8) does not appear to be running the version that was downloaded (3.6.3).

This generally means your upgrade was not successful. Please ensure that you have uploaded the latest files and click here to try again.

If you are sure you wish to continue with this part of the upgrade, click here.

. It offers a choice to continue anyweay, which I did, and I ended up with v3.6.8, which is what I was using.

The upper right corner of the install script opening screen says;
vBulletin 3.6 Upgrade System
(Please be patient as some parts may take some time)

XML File Versions:

vbulletin-style.xml
vbulletin-settings.xml
vbulletin-language.xml
vbulletin-adminhelp.xml

3.6.3
3.6.3
3.6.3
3.6.3

Let me pose a dumb question;
When I upload the upload folder, should my destination folder be public_html>forum?

Thanks
Bill

I refuse to get stressed about this

Re: 3.7 upgrade

Your destination folder is where ever your existing forum is.

I got this message once and it was because I hadn't uploaded all the files, think I missed the /include folder lol.

Go through it again, make sure you upload EVERY file to the correct folder.
