Adding Reciprocal Link

Some of the directories I tried to submit my forum asked to place their HTML code to my main page.

How would I go about doing that, if my forum home is my forum?

to be honest I wouldn't even submit to directories that require a recip link.

To do it, you can put the html to their directories anywhere on the template that will show within the index.php (or homepage if your forum is set to the root in your domain). Some of the templates you can add them in are the Forumhome, Footer, Header, navbar, etc... Some directories explain what they're looking for as well.

When I had my forums up and running, I did this but I made a special forum section and would add their link and description...

In the section where they request the URL of the reciprocating link I would put the link from that forum....It kinda made it look like it had it's own page..

Worked out quite well too.. and did not hack the forum all up, kept it nice and clean..
