Adding Tags to a Thread

How do you add tags to a already made thread?

I've tried to edit the first post of the thread, or even add my own response but I don't see a place to add/edit tags within a specific thread.

I must be overlooking it somewhere?

There is "Edit Tags" in the tag box on the top left corner

Re: Adding Tags to a Thread

Now to just figure out how to remove it from threadview, or even have a cool dropdown/hover popup that shows them, to declutter the threadview area.

EDIT: Fixed, I just realized that since I was using a 3.6.X theme, it didn't have the tag image so it just displayed the text of each code in it.
