I noticed this feature on vB.org and couldn't find a new bug-free version (the one listed above was 3.6 compatible, but problems on it and no support).....anyone know of this hack/mod being out there and maybe I'm just not searching for it correctly? | |

i would read thru the release, but i would guess that no, it does not affect posts retroactively. it also ha a setting i think so you can give a time limit to auto merge like
in dup is made in 1 hour or less merge, if over a hour leave as is | |

Yeah that's right Caddyman.
You can set the time limit in the ACP settings. It won't affect posts already on the forum. Just if someone posts, then posts again after it, it merges the two posts and displays a wee message.
