Avatar in Navbar Forum Home Only

here's my dilemma everyone i have a plugin already installed that uses the global start hook and puts the avatar in the navbar but it puts it on every page. i want it on the forum home page only.

any ideas?

lol all i needed to do was change the hook location to forumhome_start instead of global start
