I was using Ken Iovino's, but I ran into Pauls by accident last night and switched over to that one.

I have a script from AF that backs up the database; apart from that I manually back up the database every day.

One good way, that I`d recommend, if you have a cPanel account ( don`t know about Plesk or others ), is to setup remote backups, and possibly setting up a small FTP server on your PC. Sync the times for backups when you`re online, and you can limit the upload speed so you won`t notice problems in terms of lag.
