Best way of backing up your forum?


I have been using the database backup on vbulletin since my forum is still small it does not give me a problems while backing up. What do you guys use to back up your forums?

Ken Iovino coded an auto database back which works great. every day if you want.

for me it is a server wide BU system backing up all accounts to a private server , taking all. One of the good things of cpanel driven servers. And since I'm the server admin ;)
