So I noticed a couple people taking advantage of the memberlist. So I was wondering if there was a way I can block it from a specific user

I know you can hide it with

But I dont want him to be able to see the page

In what way are they taking advantage? If they're sending pms there are mods to prevent people from sending too many...

I have no idea what they are doing, but they will camp out on it and pick certain people to pm...They are smart enough to be able to go to the list if I just hide it...I was thinking maybe if = to member else show it to other people...But for the life of me I can not get it to work.

Maybe create a new usergroup identical to your normal usergroup only disable who's online. And move the members into that group that you don't want to see it.

If I were you, I'd take away their PM privileges. I've done that once, to a member who would repeatedly pm other members she saw online begging them to join her in the chat room. Creeped everyone out.

rename the file, idk if that will break it or not but you could make it like memberlistcw345.php they would never guess that....lol
