I noticed on the front page of the vB Setup forums, instead of the usual status icons for new posts, they have been replaced with new icons?

I was wondering, has the tutorial been followed :
How To Add Little Images For Certain Forums In The Forum Listing - vBulletin Community Forum

From here, or something else?
