To change the URL, do the following:

- Close your board from the AdminCP
- Change the Forum URL to the new URL
AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details -> Forum URL
- Reset Cookie Path & Domain to default values:
AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Cookies and HTTP Header Options

Next Move all the files to the new directory on your server, and re-open board.

So you did the following:

- Uploaded your forum files to the http://www.domain.com/forum/ folder
- Changed all your settings to point to /forum in your vBulletin Options (like they stated)
- Did you upload the VBSEO files in binary?

When you upload them you should check your FTP program to make sure that transfers are set to Binary.

Most FTP programs transfer .php files into ascii by default

Hi, I've seen you've added a Profile Comments system. I would like to know where have you found it. I've search on vB.org but I found only a Psionic Visions profile system that change a lot of things and another that I don't remember. What I'm searching for is just a profile comment system mod (just that). Can you help me?

Have you used just a part of code, or are you using it with all the other code?
