Clock | Time is 5 mins fast| How to fix

I watched the time on posting on my forum to real time and not only I but others noted the time is always 5 mins fast.

So how is the clock driven or set in VB?

And how do I fix it?

The clock is taken from your server time - you'll need to ask your server admin or ISP to correct the time. That's quite unusual these days, most server have their time synced with a time server...

Who's your server provider?

There is not issue with our server and our server timing is set to correct value. I suggest you to debug the coding in your script.

It gets the time from the server not my PC, my PC's clock is spot on.

I found a short script you can run to see what time the server's got and it confirmed 5 mins out.

They haven't responded to the email yet.

5 minutes out compared to the world clock, my PC's clock and the clock on the wall.

This is a great site for time ... I have it linked in my navbar and also it does the weather.

Ironically it's OK now and I did nothing to the software but the host was too self indulgent to say thanks or that they were wrong.
