compatible with PHP5?

Hi,

I noticed my host doesnt support PHP version 4.3.3, however they said:
"If your forum is compatible with PHP5, you can use a shared hosting plan with your forum. If you strictly require PHP 4.3.3, you would not be able to use our shared hosting plans. Please contact the developer of the script to find out if it is compatible with PHP5."

Is this something that can be arranged with vBulletin or do I have to upgrade my hosting account?

Thanks
Stefan
