Custom forum graphics

I need to replace the default "bulletin board" graphic with the contributor's picture for each contributor sub-forum on the z/Journal Columnists forum. On a quick glance there doesn't seem to be an option in the forum manager to replace the graphic for a forum, so it's probably done with a template instead..?

I noticed that vBulletinSetup board, for example, has a custom graphic for each forum. Could someone point me to the right direction (like a template name or a setting).. it would save plenty of time I'll otherwise spend looking for that option. Thanks!!

Forums & Moderators > Forum Manager > [select a forum whose graphic you want to change] > scroll to the bottom of the forum's details, and - assuming you've installed the extension successfully - under the section "Enable / Disable Features" you'll find "Enter the URL to the image you wish to use for this catagory icon."
