custom page help
not sure if i can do it or not..but it doesn't hurt to ask..
Found a php file off the net and did a little modifying to it and was thinking... as of right now, if you type the url the whole internet can access it and use my bandwidth. what i would like to do is implement it into vbulletin.. i guess as a custom page.. but not sure.. this way if the user's use it i can somewhat control the bandwidth.. now if it's a custom page that i have to make... i need a basic break down on how to do it...
thanks for any help
