Disable Attachment

I want to turn off the Attachment option for Users. Please guide me how can I do this?

I am using vBulletin 3.6.8.

You can disable them in the AdminCP under Attachment Options

Thanks dude! I do that from AdminCP > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > Edit Usergroup.
