Does anyone else disable their contact us form for guests when they prefer to make sure all questions received are from registered members and/or force visitors to register before they can ask a question?

I see why you'd do it. I don't do it though, because what if someone has a problem registering and that is why they're trying to contact you.

I don't have it disabled for visitors. It's mainly registration problems that I get via that form. Most of them have put the wrong email address in when registering so even my replies don't get there...lol...

I thought that was what the contact form was for. I've gotten more than a few emails from people who forgot their user name and couldn't login, or couldn't figure out the Catchpa for one reason or another.

I don't disable mine, although I havent got any yet (im the only one registered on my forum ftw) I am sure it will come in handy.

A registered member would rather prefer PM'ing a mod/admin than using "Contact Us" form.

The form is actually meant for guests and banned users
